Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Staying at home Elsa makes you feel at home. It has everything you need, everything is well organized, nice garden to relax and dine. Unfortunately, I didn't meet Tiziana personally because she was away at that time but she was still present. The location is great for trips in the sibillini.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. various and numerous equipment of bathroom and cooking materials for consumption great operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions M.te Sibilla, Lake Pilate, gorges of the infernaccio, hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Santuario Madonna dell 'Ambro, etc. possibility of using a pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee today 8 euros today) overall a great life experience in a very well kept home and enjoyable. I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

It was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn't have been better than that! 🤩 Easy to find, clean and with everything you need for your stay We had a great time with our dog, with the garden fenced to make him enjoy the holiday too, which is fundamental for us The house is ideal for unplugging and relaxing in tranquility, both day and night Roberto is a super helpful and very kind Host, even if you have any questions or advice to visit the area and the surroundings! 😄 We felt right at home and we highly recommend it, we would come back right away!!

My family immediately felt comfortable, Mr. Roberto and his wife were very kind and thoughtful, offering us the croissants on the last day too! The house is large and clean and equipped with everything. The garden is large and well-kept. We'll miss the tranquility and beautiful view. We recommend going to eat at the Arcobaleno pizzeria where you can eat excellent listening olives made by the hostess and the exquisite pizza, not to be missed the tiramisù. We definitely recommend it to all families with children and hairies as in our case

Eloisa's house is a real gem in the Abruzzo hills, a stone's throw from the center of Tortoreto, with a fantastic view of the sea. The house is very spacious for two people, clean, and the terrace overlooking the sea is a real gem. We really enjoyed the double view of the sea and the mountains. Great communication with the host. Thank you for everything Eloisa!!!

Mondomini is an oasis on the seafront. In the middle of the centuries-old olive trees is the nice cool apartment of the very friendly owners Livia and Stephano. You can relax in the patio or enjoy the sea on the terrace. The combination of luxurious and authentic elements feels nice and comfortable. The bedroom features a large ceiling fan that provides lovely coolness in the night. On Mondomini there are two other separate cottages for rent that are also equipped with every comfort and sea view. In addition, there is an exhibition of the history and art of olive cultivation. Within a 5-minute drive you can cool off in the sea. There is also plenty to see and do in the area. We have enjoyed it! Thank you Livia and Stefano!

Francesca was very kind and hospitable, the apartment is really nice, equipped with all comforts and literally a stone's throw from the sea. I was afraid to find parking, but no problem! The area is quiet, but you can easily reach both San Benedetto and the center of Grottammare.

This apartment and the area have been my absolute highlight so far on our trip to Italy. The apartment is large, charmingly furnished and constantly rewards you with this great view. Check-in was easy, the oven was already running as if it was coming. The abandoned ski village was a small experience. On Wednesday night we were the only people there. The hike to Monti Sibillini was incredibly beautiful. The only suggestion for improvement is that the indications in the apartment should also be found somewhere in English. And if you come in the cold months, be sure to take warm slippers with you, as the floor was ice cold for a very long time.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment was huge with everything you could possibly need. The views from the terraces and the rooms was spectacular. The hosts we so kind and helpful. We wished we could have stayed much longer than 2 days. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other amenities in towns nearby, just a few minutes drive away. We will certainly be back soon!

The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

wonderful place, incredible peace and tranquility. The villa is really nice, spacious and above all very clean. Kind and helpful innkeeper. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for those who want to get out of the chaos of the city and enjoy nature

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.
