Marco is friendly and helpful. Very clean room with all the comforts. Quiet location, close to the sea. With a 15-20 minute walk we reached the historic center really evocative and well-kept. Highly recommended!!!

Marco is a cheerful and sunny person, he welcomes you with enthusiasm, we only stayed one night (passing) but everything was as expected. Marco immediately showed us the main landmarks of Grottammare to spend the evening on our own and peace of mind. The room is recently renovated so in great condition. Great experience!

We happened to happen to Ascoli Piceno and it was an incredible discovery. Gianluca and his father were immediately very helpful, despite our short notice, they welcomed us with a smile and were very kind! The Bnb is in a beautiful and quiet place, just 5 minutes from downtown. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night but we will definitely be back! Recommended:)

Marco's B&B is in a great location: close to the center of the village and the station and at the same time secluded and surrounded by greenery. The rooms are simple but clean and spacious and the B&B has a large common space, both inside and outside. Fantastic breakfast, with seasonal fruit and great homemade sweets, but I especially appreciated Marco's availability and friendliness. I absolutely recommend your B&B

The room is located in a great location, you can walk to both the station and downtown and the beach. Tidiness and cleanliness are impeccable. Luigi is a present and discreet host at the same time, always available. Rich and great breakfast, too.

Wonderful week spent in Danilo's B&B, a stone's throw from the sea and with the possibility of easily reaching the surrounding areas by car or bike. We were greeted and pampered with a hearty breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned by request and had all the comforts in the description.

Friendly and reserved place. Elena is super helpful and clear in her directions, everything is taken care of in detail to make her customers feel at ease. Only thing missing is an evening hobby TV for the rest, an impeccable place in all points of view, I recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Ascoli for a variety of reasons 👍🏻

A beautiful place to stay. The hosts are really kind and helpful... they did everything (and even more) to make my stay pleasant and meet my needs. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with a fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and the little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with pampering and fuse. I highly recommend this place, you will feel the melancholy at the end of your stay! Thank you Lara <3

I only had the opportunity to spend one night in this b&b that I recommend from all points of view. Very clean room, furnished with brand new furniture and all necessary comfort. Breakfast is plentiful, with house-cooked cakes. Very nice owner and very willing to meet us both for check-in time and breakfast. Basically, highly recommended.

We returned to Andrea and his family after having already been there in June. We reconfirm a special place for proximity to the sea, cleanliness and services. We also used the shared kitchen and ate in the garden, as well as taking advantage of the agreements made available. We will definitely be back
