Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Ascoli Piceno

The B&B is a 10 minute drive from the sea. It has a great view. Mery is a very kind and super helpful person. The room was super clean and was remade every day. Highly recommended!!! PS breakfast is also great

This is a lovely bnb in a beautiful setting. The views are incredible, from our bedroom we watched fireworks that were on the coast! Sea and Mountain Views and an easy walk up the hill to a quaint and very historic hill top village, Ripatransone. We found the most narrow alley in Italy there! We enjoyed caffè and delicious meals in authentic bars and cafes, and a farm based restaurant. Maria is a very kind and generous host, helping us with restaurant bookings and recommendations, as well as giving us her home grown fruit, eggs and delicious olive oil. We arrived to a tasty freshly baked cake! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend this bnb for anyone who would want to be farm based, but very close to the beautiful beaches of the area.

Elegant and very clean apartment with attention to detail. Strategic location and breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful squares in Italy. The stay was pleasant and relaxing also for Maria Pia's excellent hospitality and availability. Yes, from the first moment we understood that Maria Pia is a person with a kindness of mind and an attention to her unique guests.

Stay was great. Very well maintained, spacious and high quality accommodation. Too bad it's quite noisy with the traffic (slices just glazed) and that the dishwasher didn't work (but had been communicated). Would still recommend it.

Highly recommend Luca and his apartment Luca was a great host, replying very quickly! Loved the apartment, such a good spot for what I wanted; 15mins walk into town, near an amazing gelateria and 3mins to the beach! Lots of coffee bars, bars and restaurants dotted around too! 2-3mins walk. The new kitchen is good size and the hob works great - I didn't use oven but looked brand new. I really liked the large balcony, with plants all around. The building was very quiet, I slept like a baby. I'll be back in the summer for sure (October was a little too cold) thanks again

A perfect place to stay in Ascoli. Lola (Francesca’s mother) is a wonderful host. The apartment is lovely - perfectly located, has everything needed for a great stay, lots of beautiful and eclectic home decorations. Lola is full of great suggestions for restaurants and things to do, and answered all our questions straight away. We are staying here next time we come to Ascoli!

We were very well received, also finding everything you need in the kitchen and fridge for breakfast and breakfast. The place is very large and equipped. Ripatransone is a beautiful village that is definitely worth a visit. We highly recommend staying at Valeria and her family's home.

Really nice place to stay,well organized and with a spacious and clean room with a private bathroom. I would definitely go back if I had to be there. Highly recommended!!!

Franca’s space was a wonderful spot to stay for a night in Ascoli Piceno! Centrally located yes very quiet. The space was well furnished with necessities and very clean. Parking is available for a reasonable price and ~10 minute walk away. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! You have a fantastic view of Ascoli and still only need a 5-minute walk to the Altstadt. The breakfast is very nice and Elisabetta and her employee also took care of our 10-month-old daughter very lovingly. All in all a great and very child-friendly place to stay.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended

Very interesting B&B in the heart of San Benedetto. Recent structure, cared for and equipped with the main comforts to spend one or more nights. Impeccably clean and easy to access. The room is not large, but some solutions can optimize the spaces. Host very available for any request. Recommended!
