We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's apartment! From having breakfast on the terrace to enjoying our rooms, everything was done to a high level. The apartment was also a very short walk into the town center where plenty of restaurants and shopping stores were located along with the beautiful medieval designs of Ascoli Piceno.

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

It was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better than that! 🤩 Easy to find, clean and with everything you need for your stay We had a great time with our dog, with the fenced garden to make him enjoy the vacation too, which was essential for us The house is ideal for unplugging and enjoying relaxation in tranquility, both day and night Roberto is a super helpful and very kind Host, even for any questions or advice for visiting the area and its surroundings! 😄 We felt at home and we absolutely recommend it, we would go back right away!!

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

Eloisa's house is a real gem in the Abruzzo hills, a stone's throw from the center of Tortoreto, with a fantastic view of the sea. The house is very spacious for two people, clean, and the terrace overlooking the sea is a real gem. We really enjoyed the double view of the sea and the mountains. Great communication with the host. Thank you for everything Eloisa!!!

very nice, equipped and aesthetically fabulous structure. My personal opinion would be to mount mosquito nets in other rooms beyond the bathroom. Otherwise perfect,Sarah made us find bread, cake, and other good things, as well as a great bottle of fresh water that we really needed! Thank you Sarah and thank you Mark!

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

I'll start with the hospitality first: Deborah was always available. All questions could be answered quickly and easily. Furnishings and hygiene: The furnishings are of very high quality and well maintained. It is very stylishly decorated and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area: A beautiful atmosphere that you can enjoy in the evening after a long day wonderfully and in absolute tranquility. Beautiful details such as light furniture were set up in the garden. Arrival: Immediately a great first meeting in the accommodation. A painstakingly compiled list with all the important information is laid out, so that you do not have to ask more and more open questions that arise during the stay Beach: The location to a beach consisting of sand can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Very inviting for children, as there is a great program for all ages Sun loungers with umbrellas can be rented. We: 2 adults + 2 kids. Were very satisfied.

The apartment is a small artistic jewel. Great personality in decor and design It has all the necessary amenities and comforts (even cables by phone and PC if you forget them). the noise from the train can't be heard at all and in the morning we had breakfast on the terrace highly recommended also because you are on the beach in 5 minutes on foot!

Alessandra was warm, helpful, friendly and has incredible taste. Her place had many lovely touches and the mark of someone with true talent in interior design and hosting.

We recommend! Only an air conditioning would definitely be in place soon. The temperatures have risen so much in recent years that you can hardly sleep even at night. Unfortunately, the walls are also relatively thin, so you can hear your neighbors at night, if they are still on the road until late, then return. Otherwise great pool with fantastic views! Perfect place to relax and get down! Thanks!

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

We enjoyed this place very much. What's really outstanding is the amenities. Vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots, bed linens, towels, washing machine detergent, toilet paper rolls and garden furniture were provided. You really don't need to bring anything from home. The place is well maintained and the location is perfect. Right in the center and a 6-minute walk to the sea. Always happy to come back. Always available for questions from Judith. Very good place, I can't think of anything negative. Everything worked well and the apartment had everything. The location in the city is very good, and it is easy to get to the waterfront or train station. Dino was very nice and helpful.

The apartment is small but perfect for 2-3 people. It has everything you need and the location is perfect for both reaching the shops in the center and a nice walk along the Grottammare waterfront. We hope to be back soon. Thanks to Ilaria for her availability!

We returned again this year to this apartment, which is perfect for us: always very clean, fully equipped, with the large terrace from which you can see the sea and the huge garage where both the car and the bikes are comfortably stored. It's close to the sea and bike paths. Uanita is always very kind and helpful. We always have a great time!

Maria Rita is courteous and available. The brand new house, impeccable in cleanliness, has everything you need; very fragrant sheets and towels. Very close to the sea, pizzerias, pastry bar, egg pasta and more. Convenient location and in a quiet and peaceful place at night. TOP

Where to even begin. I think Simone and Rita’s place was the single best Airbnb experience I have had to date. The place was incredibly clean and really well stocked. Everything from cooking utensils to oils and seasoning (plus coffee) was there waiting for us. The two outdoor patios and the option to open almost the entire place up was a luxurious experience. The place was bigger than expected and had room for all our stuff to be put away neatly. Simone and his family are incredible hosts. They were very kind, hospitable but always respected our privacy. Beautiful family and it was a pleasure to meet them. I would recommend and I will look to return and visit again.

Clean and functional place, fully equipped, in an excellent location to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hosts are very well organized and responsive. Really good mattresses. Recommended!
