Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

Scott was fab from booking! I was travelling up from south wales a 10 hour drive for the Celtic challenge pétanque competition, I had a few questions on location how far certain things were away from the accommodation etc etc, nothing was ever to much trouble and Scott was very responsive via Air B & B chat! We were travelling up over night so just asked on the off chance if we were able to check in early, which was also no problem! The accommodation was beautiful and only 10 minutes from Macduff where we were travelling to daily for the comp! The room was nothing but clean and tidy and had everything you could need inside, bread, butter, jam, milk and cereals, great gesture!very kind! Great few days, stunning location, great hosts and fab accommodation! Would love to stay again! 10/10!

What a beautiful location with so much to do and see. Views right out of the apartment were spectacular We kayaked, played soccer, badminton went swimming, played pool - so much fun!

This was our favorite stay of our trip to London and Scotland. The apartment is on the top two floors with a wrap-around deck on three sides, offering views of Loch Ness and the surrounding hillside. The kitchen has a large Aga stove, which is perfect in the winter for heating and drying out clothing from rainy adventures. The whole Abbey looks like a Harry Potter movie set, which tied into our other stops on the trip. We used the game rooms at night, and it was a quick walk down a path to town. A real person checks you in and gets you all settled, which is great because we were a little concerned about how to find our unit. This stay was everything we love about an AirBNB over a hotel.

The apartment was nice and clean. We received a welcoming tour of the building and a big complementary basket with groceries, and there was a lot of games. We booked the pool/saunas once and they were great. The historical building was amazing and super close to Loch Ness and the small town! Very happy stay

If you want to stay at a place that feels like a fairytale, look no further! This place was everything as advertised and more! Just walking around the grounds is worth the price to stay here. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is quite special: the Apartment is in the oldest Part of the converted Abbey. It is very large, nicely furnished with extremely comfortable sofas and beds and has a very nice kitchen and bathroom. But this isn‘t all, there is the swimmingpool, gameroom etc. that you can use - even though the place was pretty full we hardly saw other people and did not hear anything from them in the flat. The absolut greatest thing about the place is it’s location right on the Loch Ness, tranquill and beautiful.

What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away, some peace and quiet with loads to do if the notion takes you. Thank you so much :)

This place is so amazing with Loch Ness and so cool Abbey. Beautiful environment. Feeling Harry Potter life.

Fantastic stay! Great accommodation, great facilities, restaurant on site and over at the courtyard were fantastic. Hot box spa is a must if in the area!

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in The Millie. The house is just beautiful and it felt like home for the week. There was everything we needed for a great Christmas stay for two families, the house was warm and cozy and with enough space for everyone.

Beautiful setting for our extended family to prepare for our son’s wedding. Lots of space and multiple bathrooms to prepare and afterwards relax.

Great property very well set out and a great location too just a ten min walk from the centre of town! Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful week at Clunie Damn Lodge. The property is well cared for and perfectly stocked to enjoy some time away in the beautiful surroundings. Mark is an amazing and attentive host, he was quick to answer any questions and communication we had. We would highly recommend this location.

Our family (4 couples, 2 little ones -22months and 3 weeks!!, and 2 dogs) had booked Hazels place from last year for our annual weekend away this month (April). Its not always easy to find somewhere with 4 en-suite bedrooms, so delighted to see this available. The listings was all it said and more! The property has 2 gardens, 1 with a small pool, with frogs, and the 2nd has a chicken coop with around 12 chickens, and some rare breeds we think? My grand niece absolutely loved both gardens and they are great for children. The house also has a children's play area, and again my grandniece loved it, and rightly so. For the adults the cinema room with its 80inch TV is something else, adds huge enjoyment to an evening in, the large dining table was enjoyed by all of us, for breakfasts and dinners. The open plan kitchen/sitting area is perfect for chilling and keeping an eye on the kids in the play area, the house is right in the centre of Alyth, perfect for exploring, we may well be back.
