Vacation rentals with beach access in St. Johns County

I’m almost afraid to say how great this place was because I want it to be available so we can book it again! I looked at a lot of places and was drawn to the photos of the interior layout and design as well as proximity to the beach. On both counts, Seas the Day met every expectation. For example, I’m a coffee drinker, and there were no less than 3 different options for making it. Then, once made, I could choose to sit in the comfy chair on the east side balcony with my feet up and the sun rising, or on the west side, maybe stretching out in the hammock. When we wanted to sit at the beach, we were supplied with great chairs and an umbrella. After beach, washing sand off feet etc. in the outdoor shower. We were right in the middle of great restaurants north or south, and far enough away from what for our taste feels “too touristy.” The space feels roomy and private and incredibly comfortable. Don’t tell the owners but it seems like it should go for a lot more money! Feeling grateful ❤️

This place is exactly as described and pictured! We did not have any issues during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and check-in/out instructions were very clear. It is a very quiet location that felt safe and secure.

Great proximity to the beach and restaurants. The studio apt. was small but not uncomfortable for two guest. Cheryl & Paul were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The beach access road is public and is pretty busy with cars and foot traffic, this was just an observation and didn't cause any negative issues. The couch in the studio was uncomfortable and could stand to be replaced. Thanks Cheryl and Paul we really enjoyed your place.

Great views and extremely clean. Michael was always quick to respond and sent a great list of recommendations of where to go. I was sad when we had to leave that gorgeous beach front view behind-the sunrise is GORGEOUS! I will definitely return!

Clay’s place was clean and spacious. Great area, quick walk to beach and many restaurants very close! Clay was very helpful with info and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and in a nice location, not too far from downtown. Beth was very responsive, and when we had a slight issue with the water, she had the city there within the hour to address it at 10pm. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting St. Augustine!

I simply couldn’t think of a better place to stay. Clean and comfy home within walkable distance to every restaurant and the beach! Plenty to do in and out of the apartment! 10/10 would stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Walk to the beach, restaurants and on the quiet side of town. Every thoughtful touch was anticipated. We enjoyed our visit and plan to return someday soon! Thank you Jennifer!

Perfect escape! If you’re looking for charm you won’t be disappointed. The Pink Seahorse has amazing character and quaint decor packed into a delightful A frame structure. It’s not new but that’s what makes it great. The beach and views are spectacular with so many areas from the home to enjoy them from. I actually found it difficult to leave and do other activities because I enjoyed relaxing from one space to the next, taking it all in. I’m almost hesitant to praise it too much for fear of it forever being booked when I need to escape again. Melanie is a wonderful host. She has clear communication and I’m certain had I needed anything, she would have been on top of it! Cherished memories were made and the Pink Seahorse was the space to capture them all. I look forward to returning soon.

Great stay, responsive host. The private beach access is locked now, but easy access at the park just a few houses away. Lots of restaurants in Vilano and St Augustine. A1A is busy but to be expected. Could hear the ocean at night. We enjoyed the deck and grilled some steaks. Thank you for a great week!

Great place to stay at the beach. Plenty of room for families. Easy access to the beach so you don’t have to carry a huge load of beach items. Location is close to historic St. Augustine and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

We booked Jody’s place two years in a row for a family vacation. Pet friendly, which is a must. Our four legged family go with us on every vacation. Excellent place and wonderful year round neighbors, I couldn’t as for much more.

Lovely little street next to the beach walkable to the ocean within less than five minutes. Great neighbors, and lovely people renting downstairs the upper deck where we were was great and had great views you could see sun rise and the beautiful moon. The beach was great and it wasn't overcrowded.

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

Theresa was on top with issues, even those out of her control, (when the outside power lines came down.)She reached out to make sure everything was good. Checked in on us during our stay, Very professional, I’d recommend her place and remember it for future trips.

Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find

Had a great stay at Jackie’s. Prefect for our needs. Very clean and well equipped. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels! There is a little road noise (worse because somehow it was motorcycle week in Daytona). Some nice restaurants just across the street. Easy access to drive to St Augustine and we also went down to the beach in Daytona when it rained in St A.

My wife and I definitely enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place. There is a nice pool close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. We had a minor issue when we first arrived, but Sarah was easy to communicate with, and took care to remedy things quickly. There are many restaurants in walking distance, and others just a short drive away. There is some road noise, as you are close to a busy highway, but all in all, we had a pleasant stay.
