Family-friendly vacation rentals in St. Johns County

All was wonderful, easy drive to condo, easy to get in, good restaurants around us, easy drive to town... beach was awesome! I love coming to FL this time of the year in November we have had great luck with the weather and temperature of water and best of all less crowds. Appreciated the beach towels not having to bring them was a lifesaver, we were limited in space in the vehicle. The garage was well stocked, we loved having the ability to bike ride, body surf (I will buy one for myself HA), tennis rackets, just great.

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

Sandra was welcoming and friendly, responded very quickly any time we reached out. The house had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub, three full bathrooms and tvs with subscriptions to keep us busy during down time when it rained. Lots of space to hangout and the privacy of the backyard was great. 10/10 would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at the unit we rented from Marty. The condo provided everything one could ask for and then some. I brought nightlights✔️already there! Kitchen stuff, knives, every utensil imaginable✅ Towels, my goodness, so many✔️I could go on about all the extras provided but you get the picture. Very comfortable bed, nicely furnished and convenient to great restaurants and the shuttle to downtown. Very clean! A very small snag with the wrong code to get back on property from the beach but thanks to my husband’s ingenuity in finding a way to open the lock and Dora’s (at the rental office) quick response in resolving this issue(5 minutes!) all was well. Would stay in this unit again as it was everything as advertised and more! Great vacation, thank you Marty and Dora! We will be back!

Doug and Lori’s place was perfect! Clean, quaint and had everything you needed! Check in was so simple and the communication was amazing! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine

The place is amazing having a 10 out of 10 for the pool and the hot top. House very beautiful and clean. Abrina and her husband are very friendly. They bring you fresh bread and butter in the morning. For sure I would recomend this peaceful place for vacaciones with the family

Clean and roomy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, loved the area for a 2 week stay with our dog. I will definitely try booking again next time we visit our daughters. Great communication with the host too! Overall an excellent experience!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This airbnb is perfect. Close to St augustine in distance but miles away in peace and quiet. Hosts are wonderful, intent on their guests having a wonderful tilme Want to come back !!!!!!!

We had a great stay. We love this quiet, walkable neighborhood that is just steps away from Cap’s on the Water and the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate during our visit for us to use the pool but it was still nice to look at. The house was exceptionally clean and organized and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Greg and Pia’s again and would definitely recommend it.

The place was super cozy and decorated nicely. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful. If I’m ever in the area again I’d definitely stay there.

Great location! Our family loves Palm Coast and it's always nice to find a house so close to the water that allows dogs. Erin's house was easy to find and accurately described, the provided directions were perfect. You can see the ocean, close enough to hear the waves and smell the salty air for a relaxing experience. It's a wonderful house just a minute or two walk to the beach. My daughter loved the selection of beach toys and building a sandcastle. Erin is a great host and overall this was a wonderful experience for our family to relax over the holidays. Thank you for sharing your home!

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect location near the beach, quiet, plenty of room for a group of 9 adults and 1 child, use of an elevator for we seniors and transport of groceries and luggage, plenty of privacy for reading, rest, and conversation with numerous decks, a widow's walk, and pool area. This beautiful home is well designed, spacious, and comfortable. In addition, Jamie and her team of property managers are very responsive, capable, and accommodating. We couldn't have had a better place for a family reunion.

Beautiful home and amazing access to the beach. We didn’t get to go to the beach but we were able to see fireworks close to the beach. I love how close restaurants and everything was. And literally minutes to historic downtown. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful vacation at Elaine’s place. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach with the nice comfortable beach chairs that she provided. The kitchen was stocked, everything we needed including a jug of water in the frig and a nice welcome basket. Beds, bathrooms and couches were all very comfortable. I loved the throws that were available for the cool evening watching tv. There is plenty to do, lots of good restaurants. The units were very quiet and getting around was very simple. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
