Tiny house vacation rentals in St. Johns County

This was a perfect little spot for getting awake for a few days during my spring break! Would definitely book again!

PERFECT! I rented the St. Augustine Tiny House because of it's location near my Flagler College daughter's apartment, the fact that it was dog friendly and charged a great rate. Honestly, I feel like we got a lot more for our money! It IS a tiny house, but it's organized beautifully. I would take our dog for a morning walk, grab coffee at Sweetwater or Ragga Surf Cafe and enjoy it on the back deck while knocking out work emails. We could walk the two blocks to our daughter's apartment since we were there to help her with wisdom teeth surgery and recovery. After walking back from a dinner out, my husband and I sat on the comfy couch, hooked up our iPad to the TV and enjoyed a couple of shows before bed. The bed was smaller than our King at home but was very comfy! It's in a safe neighborhood ,and the only negative I found was that you need to be watching carefully when pulling out of the driveway, and that's stretching to find a negative. We LOVED staying there!

Perfect location. Everything close. Walkable. Comfortable for family of 5 for a long weekend.

Stayed at Brenda's Studio for an extended weekend. Great place in a great location. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay! Close enough to Downtown and the beach that we were able to go back and forth throughout the day but far enough away that it was peaceful and private at the end of the busy day! Greg was very responsive as we had to adjust our arrival time and he was very flexible. Everything was very clean and despite being a tiny home was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and our four legged friend! We will love to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described in listing. I found the reviews to have additional helpful info too. We saw 2 different types of shore birds and a family of bunnies while relaxing on the screened porch. The fire pit made for cozy intimate conversation and ambiance. I love the use of space in the home. We slept great. A wonderful value too. James was flexible, responsive and fast on responsiveness. Just a short drive or uber to downtown.

Maria and Luis have gone above and beyond to create a lovely, welcoming space on their property in St. Augustine. Their tiny house is plenty big enough for two. The quiet, tree filled property is a great getaway after a day of sightseeing in busy St. Augustine. Their deck and patio also provide plenty of spaces to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Maria is very responsive, answering all texts promptly. She had a great suggestion for dinner - Ned’s Southside Kitchen - with delicious food, reasonably priced and an easy drive away. If you are planning to spend a few days visiting St. Augustine we would highly recommend this beautiful property and its welcoming, hospitable hosts.

The Piney House is a precious tiny home nestled in the woods, but only about a 5-10 minute drive from historic downtown! It was a delightful retreat after the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene. It was so nice to sit outside by the fire pit to enjoy a cocktail in the evening and a cup of coffee in the morning. My only regret is that we forgot to bring firewood! Ashlyn was very prompt in answering all my questions and requests. The home was very clean with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

Ziggy was a great host. His place was cute and what we needed. We had a wedding at Chandler Oaks Barn and it was a quick 12 min drive away which was very convenient.

Fantastic stay. Would come here again! Pictures are accurate. Love the tiny cottage & fire pit - the back porch was a nice bonus space. Great space & neighborhood to stay with pups! Neighborhood was fun to explore. Within 5-10 min walk of the air bnb, tons of walkable coffee shops/cafes, breakfast spots, food trucks, distillery/brewery… with fantastic weekend hours. Host check-in email had 10/10 local recommendations. Very hipster chic & dog friendly. 15 min drive to the beach! Main bed is 2 twins attached. If you have a broad shouldered partner, it’s great that there is a 2nd bedroom to crash in/ nap on.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It had everything we could’ve needed. The setting was so serene and private and the location was perfect for our needs (biking distance to amphitheater). The neighborhood was so beautiful, quiet, and safe. The room decor was so nice and the bathroom was pristine. I wish we lived here lol. Would certainly stay again!

Beautiful house, very modern with every amenity. The house was very clean and the hosts all responded quickly to all questions. We walked to the historic district every day and it was easy and quick. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful hidden treasure. So peaceful and quiet with a private yard for your pup to run. The house is nicely decorated and perfect in every way. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at many Airbnb over several years. This place was phenomenal!! Quaint, peaceful, quiet, plenty of room for guests. Had everything you need for a home away from home. I highly recommend this host and property. Upon returning to the area in future will definitely book this place again!

Lori was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. You can tell she really cares about her air bnb, she put a lot of time and thought into decor and how to make her guests feel like home. Definitely recommend checking out this cute little studio!

Johanna and Frank were very responsive. They were able to give us an early check-in time at 2 PM because we arrived earlier than expected. The tiny house was precious in a secluded little private area behind another small house. It was about 1.6 miles from the Cutest downtown area. The house was immaculately clean. She had snacks and all of the essential cooking condiments that you would need. I would stay here again and appreciate the comfortable bed the huge shower, the tiny kitchen, and the reclining couches. The air conditions work great in are cold as can be. I love that she had beach showers and beach towels awaiting. I love that the lights are on remotes as well as the air conditioning systems in both rooms. The big window behind the bed let lots of light in as well as the front window. I would stay here again and highly recommend this house.

This is a very very lovely home on a quiet street. Great communication with host, allowed us to park early, easy to get inside. No problems. Enjoyed the hot tub. 15 minute walk to the old historic downtown. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we got an Uber. Always felt safe. I'm not crazy about a Keurig coffee maker so we bought a press pot to make a proper pot of coffee. But seriously, great place.

I stayed here for The Players Championship in March 2025. The location was absolutely perfect and Peter provided a bike so I could avoid traffic/parking. It took 10-15 mins to get there so was ideal. The AirBnb was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Peter/family were all extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
