I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Would I stay here again? You bet, without hesitation. Thank you Frederic

Annual camping trip with best friends was canceled due to hurricane ruining camper. We decided to get together anyway and stay at Airbnb. We had the best weekend ever and all 9 of us want to make this trip at River Haven a new tradition. The house was so clean and welcoming. We cooked in the fantastic kitchen and loved spending time on the screened in porch. The boys really enjoyed catching fish on the dock and we all enjoyed sitting around relaxing playing board games. Such a peaceful spot, plenty of spots for everyone, Dawn did not leave anything out. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful spot where there is lots to do for any age.

We had an amazing stay! We saw dolphins multiple times throughout the stay. The kids had fun fishing off the dock. The beach was close by. The neighbors were super friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We will definitely stay here again!

We would definitely stay at Meagan’s cottage again. The Conch house restaurant nearby was 10/10! We wanted to try the coffee truck located in the back of the property however they were closed the day we went. The cottage was so precious & fit all of our needs for the weekend! The lighthouse near the property was also a great spot to check out! Right near town, but quiet & relaxing.

The place was very clean and peaceful. It is the perfect place to just unwind and relax. Our host Tiana was very responsive and a very kind hearted soul. She genuinely cares about your experience. She made us feel very welcomed and at home. We will be back again for sure based on how warm and inviting she made the whole experience start to finish! If you are looking for a beautiful quiet place on the water with a kindhearted drama free host then I would absolutely recommend this place:)

I just had my Bachelorette/ Birthday weekend and we stayed here. First impressions were the clear and straight forward check -in instructions, as well as the beautiful interior. The decor is so cute, and we had so much fun singing karaoke and eating chips with Hellava Dip off the serving tray/bowls provided in the kitchen. One thing that I always check for when staying at a hotel, airbnb, etc is bed bugs and I can say for sure this place is clean everywhere. Anytime we had a question or issue Paul responded in less than 5 minutes everytime with a perfect answer. I'm a Florida Native, and been to St. Augustine plenty of times, but this has been one of my favorite trips to this beautiful city, and staying here added so much comfort and jot. Overall my 4 Bachelorettes and I had an amazing time, and I would love to stay here again next time I come back up to St. Augustine.

Theresa is truly a super host. The house is so clean and comfortable. Our teenager boys (from three families) thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the heated pool. Getting into the house was easy with Theresa’s introduction. We appreciate the snacks basket Theresa had prepared for us. The check out process was minimal. We want to come back in the future!

Had my bachelor party here with 11 of my buddies and couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb for it! House was beautiful, pool was perfect and there was so many games and activities there to keep everyone entertained! Would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Our stay was much too short. Loved the home and the pool and location. So much to do. The house was spotless, the pool and spa splendidly relaxing and the kayaks and beach gear made our stay so easy! The sunsets over the canal and a soak in the spa were the perfect way to end our day. Ginny was a wonderful communicator and very responsive. We all agreed we would stay again!

Very beautiful house, spacious and the best location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Coffee/ tea and creamers were waiting for us which was a nice touch. Alina responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend this house for a fun, restful getaway.
