This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

You will love the first floor spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed, sofa, and access to the back yard, as well as the large and elegant living room and a full kitchen. Borrow our bikes to roam around town. There is one guaranteed parking space. Pet fee is $40 per dog per stay (max of 2 dogs).
