First, Kevin was a fantastic host. Professional, accommodating but also very friendly and helpful. In fact, he went above and beyond to ensure my travels went smoothly and we were comfortable. The condo was immaculate, very close to all the destinations we were traveling to and also comfortable. Spacious and exsctly what we needed. A massive thank you to Kevin.

Easy fun place to stay, the pool was so much fun, after the great beaches! Love to hear the music on the weekend coming in from the amphitheater on the weekend! The house was immaculate met all of our needs. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will absolutely go back !

Great location on the beach and not to far from the historic downtown.

This was the second time stay, we absolutely love this wonderful home. I felt right at home and so relaxed the minute I walked in. Will be rebooking this home again.

Perfect Airbnb for a weekend getaway! Super close to the beach and not a far commute from downtown St. Augustine. The host was very responsive and would often respond to any messages right away, not only during our stay but if we had questions before or after booking! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

We gathered 3 families from 3 different states here, ages 19-80 and everyone had a great time. There was something for everyone, we spent 2 days on this property and no one got bored and we didn't want to leave! We walked the trails, played pickleball and basketball and had so much fun in the game room being together. This property is a gem. We are already thinking of reasons to come back!

Andre was extremely friendly and helpful. His place is an absolute gem, super private, scenic, and great for families and the price. Although it’s tucked away, it’s still super close to the historic district - only about 8-10 min. Would highly recommend to anyone.
