Vacation rentals with a pool in St. Johns County

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect – peaceful and walkable to everything from the historic spots in Old Town St. Augustine to great restaurants, local parks, and beautiful waterways. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The host was also fantastic – very helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we spent evenings enjoying the fresh air and starry nights by the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in St. Augustine and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and convenient base to explore St Augustine!

Daniel and Andrea were wonderful hosts. The house is located approximately 6- minutes from St. Augustine Beach. Parking for the beach was super easy with a huge parking lot (free). The historic town of Saint Augustine was less than 10 minute drive over a drawbridge. Fort Matanzas NM (with Ferry) is approximately 20 minutes away. Castillo de San Marcos NM is approximately 11 minutes away. The house was super clean and is exactly as it looks in the photos. Restaurants are walkable —or you can bike or drive! The pool was clean and warm! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for cooking and/or baking. We absolutely loved our stay here.

It is difficult to decide what I liked most about this home. The home is incredibly well stocked. If I had a need, it was available. The outdoor living space was remarkable - pool, spa, grill and bar area, a hammock, a hammock swing, nice lighting, fire pit, and dry firewood for the fire pit. The flowers and greenery around the pool put on quite a show at the time we visited - beautiful, colorful, and serene. The hosts were very responsive and attentive, but respected our time and privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic weekend at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The owner was incredibly responsive—we requested additional blankets, and they provided them right away. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The house was so amazing. Everything was as it was described other than some of the steak knives having some rust on them and the bed being sort of hard(for my liking) but the house was spacious and in such a quiet nice area.

Great location for privacy. Right up to the beach. Beautiful beach area. Great outdoor pool and play ground. Perfect for kids. Not a lot around the area but it’s ok if you don’t mind driving 10-15 mins away.

We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

We come down from SC for a wedding and this condo was perfect for what we needed ! It was clean and spacious! The beds were amazingly soft so we felt right at home. Close to a lot of things which was good because i have 2 kids. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here the next time we come down.

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Absolutely loved this condo! Waking up to a conformable home with everything needed, opening the sliding glass door to the serenity of the water fountain every morning was so peaceful and harmonious. The hottub was awesome, friendly people, and beautiful surroundings. The host is very quick to respond, personable, and very helpful. Will be back again!! Definitely added this to my return to list!!

Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find

The Flirty Flamingo is a great location and the condo was just as advertised. The beds were super comfortable and all the necessities for pool or beach time were provided. Cindy was an amazing host - very responsive! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
