Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sumida River

I had a truly wonderful stay with Tsuyoshi and his family in Japan. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a safe neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation and local shops. They also offer a meal service. Their kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression. Thank you for everything!

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Keiko and Kako's place. In many ways, it felt like we were visiting friends or relatives. Their place is very beautiful and spacious, and the atmosphere is extremely cozy. We were lucky enough to share breakfast and dinner with them a couple of times. The location is also amazing, in a residential, relaxed but well connected area, very close to the train station. Our hosts were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and gave us a very nice introduction to Japanese culture and cuisine. After a long journey, our jet-lagged family couldn't have chosen a better place to start our visit. We look forward to a future stay.

Sawa was an excellent host. She welcomed us with kind gesture and made sure we got what we needed. It was a comfortable stay. She even gave recommendations for things to do in the areas and tips. It was a lot of fun chatting with her.

This is an accommodation in a three-story house where two cats live together. It's also quiet near the house, so it's good to stay comfortably, but the downtown area is just a short walk away, so there are many things to do. It was nice that the host kindly recommended the route or attractions of the trip. It was a perfect house to stay comfortably and quietly by yourself.

I stayed for a full week in this house, and really had nothing to report. It's run by a really nice couple, everything is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house but the windows are soundproofed. I really recommend this place.

We stayed in Tokyo Stay Hut for a week and the place felt like home. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and our hosts were warm and friendly.

Very easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland on the bus!

The place is conveniently close to bus stops and within walking distance to Urayasu Station. Disneyland is one short bus ride away. The space is cute, with charming Disney-themed touches, and it smelled lovely. Surprisingly there was no bidet, but overall we had a fantastic experience.

The room was perfect and really clean. The space had everything needed. The location is near many restaurants and the train station. Lovely minimalistic and very clean place for 1/2 people.

Staying at Asama’s place was one of my favorite experiences in Tokyo. She’s not your typical host—Asama is incredibly warm, friendly, and full of life. She sings, dances, and brings such a vibrant energy to the home. We could talk for hours—about travel, life, anything. She’s well-traveled and always curious, which makes every conversation feel like an adventure. Her home is just as lovely as she is. Cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by flowers she’s lovingly grown. You can take a walk around the quiet neighborhood, enjoy the fresh air, and then fall asleep to the sound of birds outside your window. And oh—her cooking! For just 800-1000 yen, she whips up meals that taste like they came straight out of a restaurant kitchen. Seriously, it’s home-cooked magic. You can smoke downstairs if you like, relax, and truly feel at home. I’m already looking forward to going back to book this place. Travelers, this is your home in Japan :)

Cute and cozy! Pretty small, but as advertised (fits 2). Very easy to find and check in/out, and good location to Disney resort while being on a quiet street.

One of the highlights of this Japan trip was our stay at this place. I was drawn to this booking not only because of the place but of the good reviews about the owners. As the place looked as beautiful as the pictures in the posting, the couple was also as described by those who have stayed there. They are the definition of Japanese hospitality & kindness. Our morning talks with them, with their great breakfast, became part of our daily itinerary. A stay here is heartwarming and this is one place that I truly want to go back to on my next Tokyo trip. Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Place was clean and the free breakfast was great

Thank you so much for taking care of the Ayumi family, it was about a 5 minute walk out of the subway, which was great for our travelers with luggage and bb cars.The room is very clean and tidy, the area is also large, two beds and can sleep three people together, the kitchen bathroom we are all satisfied, there is a feeling of homey, my daughter often mentioned Ayumi daughter, just they spend a short time together, everyone is shy not to play together.If you come to Tokyo again, you will also choose your home, a homestay that is super recommended!! I stayed two nights this time. I was able to arrive on the street on the map I saw in advance, and there was a convenience store along the way, so I had a pleasant time without any inconvenience.
