This bright and sunny studio apartment is on two floors with its own private entrance. Its only a few hundred yards from the centre of Banchory with a wide choice of shops and restaurants. It is a quiet and attractive location surrounded by well stocked gardens. The River Dee and golf courses are within a short walking distance and there is easy access to castles and open country, including the Cairngorms National Park. The apartment has its own garden and a dedicated private parking place.

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves lovely home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!
