Due to the unique location of Sunnyside guests can enjoy the spectacular views of St John's in the Vale and mountain ranges such as Hellwelyn from the living room and patio. Sunnyside has a fully equipped diner kitchen, 2 bedrooms with flexible sleeping set up and off road parking.

Home is brilliantly clean. The lovely Val always on hand if any help needed. Good pubs within 5min walk, one of which does really good food. Nice little cafe close too. Keswick only 10 min drive away, and bus route through Threlkeld to Keswick/Penrith if needed.”
