Dorothy’s place is part of an 18th Century Villa. Adults only no children allowed. Everything you need for that perfect romantic break. Guests get full use of the large garden and woodland to take in the stunning view. If travelling by train our advice would be get a taxi from the station as can be difficult to find on foot . A really bright, modern self contained apartment in central Kendal. Brilliantly located for all of Kendal's wonderful amenities including The Brewery Arts Centre and Kendal Mountain Festival. Situated on the edge of the Lake District national park. Straight out from the apartment there are fantastic walks and runs up onto Cunswick and Scout scars, both with fantastic views of the lakeland fells. Please ask for information on brilliant local swim spots.

Small but lovely studio flat with amazing bay view

The Nook is a self-contained studio apartment located on the ground floor with our family residence above (separate entrances). You will have all the privacy you need to enjoy the tranquility that Grange over Sands has to offer. Great base from which to explore the Lake District. The Nook has beautiful views of Morecambe Bay. The bedroom /lounge /dining room space has a double bed with separate kitchenette and bathroom. There’s also a patio outside.
