“The Annex is a wonderful property and Gail was a superb host, she was on hand to give any tips on activities in the area and gave a very professional walk through of the property upon arrival. We felt comfortable and at home in the Annex, which was clean and felt very spacious. The sauna was an added treat, thanks again!”

“We had booked rather late but Liz was very quick to get in touch and quickly confirmed everything. The cottage was exactly as described; when we arrived there was a fawn and doe over the fence to the field. There is a lot of lovely light and attractive space. It is very well fitted out so we were able to cook easily. On our arrival we found a bottle of wine, fresh flowers, a lovely welcome letter, butter, milk and scones and bread freshly made by Neil. The bathrobes were a comfortable touch. Once Liz knew we wanted to cook, she left us fresh vegies from her garden. Liz gave us additional information, although the folder they provide was very detailed; sights, restaurants, how to use appliances. It is a warm and cosy cottage, we would have lit the wood stove which was all set up ready, but it was to warm. It was so comfortable, we had to drag ourselves out to do some sight-seeing! it's made easier by this being such a gorgeous part of Scotland. Thanks Liz, and also Neil for the baking and lone bagpipe serenade each evening; loved it!”
