Homemade jam ,fresh eggs on arrival etc It has its own access . you are totally private ., We are in the middle of scotland! If its your 1st time allow at least 2 days to visit the area ,wether its Stirling/Doune Castle or Dunblane ,Bannockburn ,the Highlands, loch Lomond. the famous golf course of Gleneagles is 15 minutes up the road. The list is endless!

Our quiet attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family unit e.g 2 adults & an infant. The sandstone, category A listed townhouse building is around 150 years old (65 steps up and no lift) and we started fully renovating our wee flat in October 2020. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are 100 yards away and the subway is an easy 6-7 min walk.
