The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

My accommodation (Fewo Luisa, about 27 sqm) is located in the old town of Meersburg, a stone's throw from the historic sights, facing a quiet side street, surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as museums and shopping. Pets are welcome. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity, lake, boat and ferry about 10 minutes walk away. Free parking in nearby public parking

Überlingen am Bodensee Apartment in the old town

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, pedestrian area and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
