Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Beautiful island apartment on the 2nd floor with large terrace with electric awning and great lake view. Very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. High-quality stereo system from B&O. Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the marina. When passing through the Gerberschanze, you reach the lake in approx. 2 minutes for swimming. Close to many nice cafes and restaurants.
