Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities.
