Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nassau County

This is a must stay Airbnb. Spotless house. The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. No, seriously I asked for the brand and the owner texted me. Short drive to historic downtown. Great restaurants and golf. Also, the nicest touches to me were, dish soap and clean sponge, a fully stocked Keurig machine with coffee creamers etc. Super nice place would stay again.

This is a well appointed home. We loved the open concept kitchen/living space. The bed in master was very comfortable. Parking met our needs as we have a truck/trailer/motorcycle. I work and appreciated the high speed internet. Being able to walk to the beach was my favorite part of the day. My only regret is that the unit is already booked for next year so we are not able to come back in 2026. We would love to come back!!

Philip’s place was a great place to relax and get together with family who were in the area. We enjoyed the many game options and large sofa to watch movies as a family. Location was close to Hanna Park, Donner Park and the Nature Preserve - all places we enjoyed. Philip was very responsive to all my communications.

Love the stay. The home was as described . It was absolutely gorgeous. Will book again

Mira & Brian were great hosts, I saw some charcoal and asked if there was a grill on the property somewhere and before you know it, it was being delivered to the residence that was greatly appreciated. we will definitely be back the next time we stay in Jacksonville Florida

My friends and I were looking for a nice 4 person place to stay for our spring break. Anita was super helpful and always responded quickly. The photos look exactly like the place and it was super clean when we arrived. We appreciated her being very lenient when it came to our age as well since we are not 21. Definitely worth the money; very affordable for 4 full nights. :)

Came here for the Players Tournament. Beautiful little place literally one block from the beach and a 2 minute drive to a bunch of little restaurants and bars along the beach strip. Would 100% come back again. Thank you so much

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

Don's place was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked. Best thing... actually, there were many: comfortable bed, gorgeous sunsets, absolutely beautiful neighborhood, ( oak trees were my favorites). Thank you Don for sharing your place with us.

The unit was small, but very clean, nicely decorated and updated. Perfect for a couple and a few nights stay vs. a week. Loved walking the beach everyday which is just over a little hill in back of unit. Close to restaurants and shops. Hosts very quick to respond to questions. Had a lovely stay.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Dawn was quick to respond and the house looked just like the pictures! It was tidy, charming and super cozy. It was a nice peaceful neighborhood too, we would definitely stay again:)

We highly recommend The Heron Cottage. It was spotless, pretty, quiet and close to the beach. We asked for some accommodations for our 20 month old grandchild and they were super welcoming with that. They also are very responsive in communication. We’d love to return someday.

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

Dawn was awesome she knew we were coming out for my son’s radiation treatment and even offered a few extra days if we needed. We appreciate her very much 🙏🙏

Michelle was superb in her communication regarding the property and what was included with the condo stay. She also communicated clearly regarding two minor building issues that occurred so we knew exactly what to expect. Comfy bed and blackout curtains. Good location centrally located between Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. Would highly recommend for two people.

This was our second stay at Vicki’s condo and once again it did not disappoint!! It’s a perfect location for walking to the beach and has great beach chairs, beach wagon and towels! The condo is roomy, clean and the patio area is perfect for relaxing! We hope to return again!!

Christina’s place is just right for two guests. The patio is private and the view of the ocean is great for ground floor. The amenities listed were accurate. Me and my co guest came across an issue on original booking date and Christina worked well and patiently will us to resolve the issue. The beach is quiet and not too far from downtown Fernandina.

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!

Immaculate condo right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were very happy with Catherines’s place. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to a nearby beach access point. The condo was clean and neat with a well equipped kitchen- including some food staples and paper products (much appreciated, as we’d rather not dine out every night while on vacation). We enjoyed the pickleball courts and the pool area is nice, though it was too cold to swim. The beach is awesome and we enjoyed reading and relaxing on it as well as walking along the shore looking for shells. One of our favorite outings was the 8 Flags Tour with Amelia Island Historic Tours. Our guide Daniel made it a memorable experience! We enjoyed dinners at Down Under where a local musician was playing and at Cafe Karibo. While exploring the area by car one day, we ended up at Kingsley Plantation where we caught a ranger talk. We highly recommend it!! Catherine was a great host.
