Farmstay vacation rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Mondomini is een oase aan de kust. Midden tussen de eeuwenoude olijfbomen ligt het fijne koele appartement van de zeer vriendelijke eigenaren Livia en Stephano. Je kunt heerlijk relaxen in de patio of genieten van de zee op het terras. De combinatie van luxe en authentieke elementen voelt fijn en comfortabel. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een grote plafondventilator die zorgt voor heerlijke koelte in de nacht. Op Mondomini zijn nog twee andere losse huisjes te huur die ook voorzien zijn van alle gemakken en uitzicht bieden op zee. Daarnaast is een tentoonstelling van de geschiedenis en kunst van de olijfteelt. Op 5 minuten rijden kun je afkoelen in zee. Ook is in de omgeving veel te zien en doen. Wij hebben genoten! Cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove passare un pó di tempo in completo relax e lo abbiamo trovato. Un paesaggio mozzafiato circonda la proprietà insieme alla calma e alla tranquillità delle colline Marchigiane. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la piscina privata dell’appartamento. Il posto è veramente tranquillo, nessun rumore se non quello della natura. Il casale rimane a una decina di minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali. Il casale dispone di cucina attrezzata, lenzuola/asciugamani. Nota molto importante la struttura è pet friendly, il mio cagnolino ha potuto godere con noi della vacanza. Ci tenevo a ringraziare Marco che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e ci ha lasciato preziosi consigli per orientarci in zona. Graditissima anche la torta che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Speriamo di tornare presto! Ancora grazie ❤️

Giorgio’s place is a modern small apartment with all the facilities needed. It is located within Offida, within 10-15 minutes walking distance of good restaurants and a supermarket, and with parking places close by and within the town. The view from the terrace over the countryside is exceptional, but the downstairs entrance is into the old town, making the apartment feel like both town and country. Offida has much of interest, and is a convenient place from which to visit Ascoli Piceno, and then return to a more relaxing place. Highly recommended, but note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift.

Das Haus und das Gelände ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns vor allem an den verschiedenen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände (Tische, Liegen, Sitzgruppe und Hängematten) sehr wohl gefühlt. Tijs war immer für uns ansprechbar, hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge und hat uns bei der Suche nach einer Werkstatt sehr unterstützt. Die wichtigsten Lebensmittel und Wein kann man vor Ort bekommen. Sehr nette Atmosphäre fast wie Familienanschluss 😊

This our second stay here. Primarily because the family is amazing. You a getting a true movie experience of Italy staying here. The grapes the olives the land. The family are so warm and caring. We will be back again.

Stanze pulite e spaziose all’interno di una tenuta agricola con vista su vigneto. Un posto dove rilassarsi e godere della bellezza della campagna abruzzese.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Sergio verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sergio empfangen und waren über das schöne Haus und die Umgebung sehr positiv überrascht. Sergio war ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert. Sergio hat uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung genannt. Sergio hat auf jegliche Anfrage sehr sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus selber ist spektakulär. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen Teil der Schönheit des Hauses und der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden war für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Meer selber ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber auch die Nationalparks sind nicht weit entfernt. Städte wie Ascoli Piceno usw, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber auch kleine Städte wie Ripatransone sind einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Nadia is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Appartement ligt afgelegen, maar prachtig met mooi uitzicht. Ze kent de omgeving goed en heeft ook tips en informatie. Al met al zeer de moeite waard!

una buena casa, muy cómoda, amplia, con pileta de natación, un paisaje increible, todos dias muy buenos... solo podia irme excelente!!

Casey è stato chiaro fin da subito, mandandoci il manuale preciso e dettagliato su come dovevamo gestire check-in, check-out, lo smaltimento dei rifiuti con tanto di calendario, con le indicazioni precise su come arrivare alla casa; nel manuale c’erano anche consigli su ristoranti in cui cenare, su città da visitare e le spiagge più comode da raggiungere, nonché informazioni riguardo le farmacie e i supermercati più vicini. La casa era a dir poco stupenda, gli appartamenti semplici ma curati, puliti e forniti dell’essenziale. I dintorni offrivano una vista bellissima che dava sulle colline e i vigneti, e il pezzo forte di tutta la casa è stata l’ampia terrazza al piano superiore che dava l’opportunità di cenare al fresco e pranzare in mezzo al verde. Insomma, tutto bellissimo!!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella villa di Carlo, che è stato gentile e disponibile. Le comodità fornite dalla casa sono state molto apprezzate da tutti noi. Grazie ancora dell'ospitalità.

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Grazie all'host Lorenzo per la dispinbilità dimostrata durante tutto periodo di soggiorno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'appartamento situato all'interno dell'azienda nel casolare di famiglia. Rifitniture e arredamento molto belli di qualità , finestre insonorizzate e una bellissima terrazza dove poter mangiare e cucinare grazie al BBQ messo a disposizione. Utile la piscina all'esterno per una piavecole sosta al rientro dalla spiaggia. Spiaggia libera che si raggiunge a piedi e distante 300mt. Apochi metri didistanza volendo ci sono anche spiaggie attrezzate. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il borgo di Colonnella , a15min di macchina da cui si può godere un panorama dall'alto bellissimo. TUTTO OK !

We had a brilliant stay at Paola’s with our 9-month old baby. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including for our baby), the grounds and surrounding area is beautiful and lovely to wander around, and the views are incredible. We spent so much time on the balcony enjoying the views across the whole valley to the hilltop villages dotted everywhere and the sea in the distance. It’s also perfectly located for day trips in the car to lovely towns nearby (and the coast is only 20 mins away). Paola and Luca are such friendly and helpful hosts and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this as a place to stay! Grazie mille
