House vacation rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. A house completely surrounded by greenery, totally available and with a pool included, which has made our stay really special. Privacy is total. Lovely veranda dinners. Excellent communication with the owner, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the pool in a very discreet way. The beaches of Tortoreto, great for children, are about an 8-minute drive on an easily accessible road. Highly recommended.

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

The house is very beautiful and well furnished, impeccable cleanliness, the 2 spacious and air-conditioned double bedrooms, the 2 excellent bathrooms to share the house with friends or family. Beautiful living room and equipped kitchen. All cleaning products have been made available, including dishwasher capsules. The terrace deserves special mention, the terrace is very large and perfect for relaxing and the beautiful air-conditioned veranda, where the atmosphere is beautiful. The pool and garden, even if shared with the host, are a plus, making the experience even more complete. (The host and his family hardly ever use the pool, we've never had to share it.) Comfortable location of the house, it does not necessarily require the use of the car for travel, you have everything within a 15-minute walk (beach, supermarket, etc.) or 2 minutes by car. Mirko, Vittorio's son was a very friendly host, helpful and attentive to our needs, and thank you again for the pizzas offered :)

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

Great place to stay in the Marche countryside. Tiziana is a very helpful person. House very thoughtful in details, the pool is a plus not to be underestimated. Go back.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially the incredible views from the house of the surrounding countryside... A peaceful place to wake up and to enjoy a glass of local wine in the evening. The house is very well designed with everything you need and more. The village is walkable and is a perfect example of medieval village. Would absolutely recommend!

Two very small notes, missing an abat-jour on the bedside table and the bottle opener in the kitchen, otherwise everything is perfect.

A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with great value for money).

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Lovely place, very nice new apartment with beautiful views of the Marche hills in a quiet area, ideal for visiting the many places of interest and to reach the sea. The owners Luca and Annalisa are very kind and helpful, they helped us with all our requests! Absolutely to be repeated! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

It was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better than that! 🤩 Easy to find, clean and with everything you need for your stay We had a great time with our dog, with the fenced garden to make him enjoy the vacation too, which was essential for us The house is ideal for unplugging and enjoying relaxation in tranquility, both day and night Roberto is a super helpful and very kind Host, even for any questions or advice for visiting the area and its surroundings! 😄 We felt at home and we absolutely recommend it, we would go back right away!!

The hostess was very kind and friendly. The house on the whole is clean. Very secluded, we celebrated in peace with music and guests and no one complained. Windows and terraces doors are all on the net. We liked it very much. We will be happy to come back with the whole family.

absolutely beautiful two bedroom apartment built into a medieval wall! the balcony has a great view of the valley, the kitchen is huge, and the town is absolutely gorgeous

Small apartment on two levels in the old part of town. It is cozy, the kitchen is well-suited for cooking, several sharp kitchen knives were exceptional. In the vicinity of the apartment many houses are being renovated, the city is very clean and chic restored. The surroundings are phenomenal for hiking, there are many good tours in the Monti Sibillini less than 30 minutes away.
