House vacation rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

Un'abitazione completamente immersa nel verde, totalmente a disposizione e con piscina inclusa, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. La privacy è totale. Le cene in veranda incantevoli. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario, che si occupa della manutenzione quotidiana della piscina in maniera molto discreta. Le spiagge di Tortoreto, ottime per i bambini, sono a circa 8 minuti di auto su una strada facilmente percorribile. Altamente consigliato.

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

Ottimo posto per soggiornare nelle campagne marchigiane. Tiziana persona disponibilissima. Casa molto curata nei dettagli, la piscina un plus da non sottovalutare. Da tornarci.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie petite maison de campagne. Refaite à neuf, on y trouve tout le confort moderne à l'intérieur. Son point fort est la vue incroyable et magnifique de la campagne environnante dont on ne se lasse pas. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, déconnecter, admirer la vue et les étoiles et gouter au farniente. Le bord de mer reste facilement accessible et à quelques kilometres autour de jolis villages vous attendent pour deguster de bonnes glaces. La communication avec Katharina, et sur place avec Francesco qui nous a accueilli, a toujours été très facile. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Due piccolissimi appunti, manca una abat-jour sul comodino del letto e l'apribottiglie in cucina, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Un petit gîte adorable, très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est propre et accessible. Daniele et son épouse sont des personnes adorables et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement et conseillons également le restaurant (cuisine simple et délicieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix).

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Luogo incantevole, appartamento nuovo molto bello con vista stupenda sulle colline marchigiane in zona tranquilla, ideale per visitare i molti luoghi d'interesse e per raggiungere il mare. I proprietari Luca e Annalisa sono molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta! Assolutamente da ritornare! Grazie per la splendida esperienza.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Sehr abgelegen, wir haben in Ruhe gefeiert mit Musik und Gäste und es hat sich niemand beschwert. Fenster und Terrassen Türen haben alle netz. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder mit der ganzen Familie.

La casa di Tania è accogliente, calda, con muri di quasi un metro di profondità, una vista splendida sul mare, posizionata nel centro storico; tranquilla e silenziosa; è’ stata ristrutturata,conservando tutti gli elementi caratteristici come i pavimenti e i soffitti in mattoni rossi. Tania pur essendo fuori e’ sempre stata disponibile anche attraverso altre persone e prodiga di consigli utili. Siamo stati molto bene, torneremo.

Wir waren für unseren Sommerurlaub in Ripatransone. Dafür war Paolos Unterkunft genau richtig. Zentral gelegen, sodass wir immer auch zu Fuß schnell an Restaurantes, Bars oder auch im Supermarkt waren. Die Wohnung war ausgestattet mit allem was man im täglichen Gebrauch brauchte. Paolo war bei Bedarf immer gut zu erreichen und immer freundlich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen.

Kleine Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen im alten Teil der Stadt. Es ist gemütlich, die Küche eignet sich gut zum Kochen, außergewöhnlich waren mehrere scharfe Kochmesser. In der Umgebung der Wohnung werden viele Häuser renoviert, die Stadt ist sehr sauber und schick restauriert. Die Umgebung ist zum Wandern phänomenal, es gibt in weniger als 30 min Entfernung viele gute Touren in die Monti Sibillini.
