Very satisfactory stay. Very clean apartment and all new inside. Perfect location: 15 minutes on foot from the sea (even less, depending on where you go) and 2 minutes from the main street of the center. Very welcoming and available owners for anything. The only thing special is the opening of the entrance door that takes place through a Bluetooth app; everything is still explained at check-in. Highly recommended. Only trick: there were three of us, maybe a little small for three people but we were aware of it.

La casa di Simone is located in the pretty Marche village of Amandola, on a cobblestone street and with a beautiful view of the hills. The house is spread across three floors through a spiral staircase. It is entirely made of wood and stone and all the furniture is natural and very well cared for. Downstairs there is an equipped kitchen (even microwave and dishwasher) and dining room. On the middle floor there is a magnificent bathroom with a very relaxing sauna and steam room and a bedroom with two loft beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a small room with a fireplace and a single bed. Simone is a very attentive and responsive host and guided us by phone to reach the destination given the closure of some streets for the village party. From here we reached the centuries-old beech of Canfaito and had a really relaxing weekend. We can't wait to come back.

The barn is wonderful, perfect for an escape in the middle of nature . The view is paradisiacal and the fireplace is a real gem . We had a problem with bed bugs, but Vita, very kind, did his best to remedy it. With this loophole removed, I can only recommend it.

We stayed a weekend in this beautiful stilt in the woods and we had a great time both for the place itself (if possible even better live) and for the kindness and hospitality of the owners and their Maremans! Beautiful place, highly recommended!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

The apartment is a real gem, with attention to detail and finely furnished, while remaining very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. The location is great (in the heart of downtown, a few minutes from the beach). From the moment of booking, Alessandra was very kind and absolutely helpful, she gave us several basic tips and information about the surrounding parking lots, which allowed us to move around with ease. The response times were very quick. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!

We travelled with 2 kids in July 2024. Really nice and quiet agriturismo close to Ascoli Piceno (20 mins away). We enjoyed the countryside and its quaint little towns, the swimming pool and some great local trattorie and osterie. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean and if you use the shutters and the fans, it’s cool enough to sleep, even without airconditioning.

The apartment matches the description, clean and with ample outdoor spaces at your disposal, in a quiet place but only 5 minutes from the sea. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but Ettore was very kind to get us a second fan. Ettore was very helpful, both for check-in (he also offered us vegetable fruits and water), and for various info. Definitely worth coming back.
