Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe has great views, country walks, cycling and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

Just 5 miles from Clitheroe and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkien Trail, this modern barn conversion sleeps up to 4 people in 2 large double bedrooms, both en-suite. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. This leads to a utility area and downstairs toilet. Outside is partially paved with enclosed gardens. Amazing views can be enjoyed with eating areas to the front and back. Large gated parking area.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.
