Cosy house set in historic town of Clitheroe

The house is in the gorgeous historic market town of Clitheroe and in the heart of the Ribble Valley. There are many lovely walks/cycle routes right from the front door into the surrounding villages . The Ribble Valley is spoilt for choice as there are so many amazing pubs and restaurants nearby. Holmes Mill with its own brewery and food hall and wedding venue is within walking distance. The house is lovely , cosy and spacious and very convenient for a well earned break in the countryside. It is suitable for friends, couples, cyclists, walkers, business travellers and is close to all the beautiful wedding venues situated in the Ribble Valley.

Victorian House close to the English Countryside

Well presented Victorian house, ideal for a families, Walkers or Cyclists. The house is on the edge of the Lancashire countryside. Two bedrooms and also a unique office in a converted attic, ideal for any business man or woman. I must stress and inform to all guests that the steps to the attic / office are tall and with no barrier as you exit the steps. Children must be kept away from these steps, all other persons must take care also. Sky TV on a Smart TV so Netflix, YouTube etc is available.

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views.
