Excellent location very cosy home from home. Beautiful countryside views from the garden. Everything had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable. 9 mins drive to Manchester airport. Good start to our holiday. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

Nice place with all amenities necessary. 10 min walk to the centre. Comfy bed. Hot yoga studio 1 min walk away :-) We will be back!

What an incredible stay! Very convenient for our intended stay, and great value for money! Upon meeting Brian, he was very friendly and incredibly helpful in regards to showing us how to work everything in the home. It’s a lovely little secluded place with excellent restaurants and pubs in the area, and it’s right next to a walking track which could provide ample enjoyment for those who love to stretch their legs. Would love to come and stay again!

Gorgeous barn surrounded by fields, but easy access to Preston and Fylde. Very comfortable with everything you would need. Ralph is a friendly and knowledgeable host. The hot tub was bliss. Would love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be staying again. It’s something different and so peaceful! We sat outside and lit a fire and looked out at the amazing views. Thankyou so much for our stay we can’t wait to come back!

Hingabarn was amazing! So cozy, peaceful and relaxing. Our 4 nights went so quick, but we loved every minute of being there. We had an adventure everyday and couldn't wait to spend the afternoon/evening back at the barn. Thank you both Paul and Barbara, for being great hosts.

The place was stunning and very peaceful, for who likes the animals company. I loved that we were so close to them and lots of nature surrounded. John was super helpful and kind. Definitely a good place to escape from the city and technology.

Thank you Colin for a lovely weekend! The cabin was beautiful- pristinely clean and very well thought-out with lots of lovely little touches to make staying there comfortable. Colin was also extremely kind and flexible with our booking- I broke my toe right before we were originally supposed to stay and he let us rearrange with no fuss- as it was such short notice he had no obligation to do this so it was extremely appreciated! Our trip when it eventually came around was well worth the wait, Colin's instructions made everything very easy and we had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend!

We had a lovely stay at Laura’s Shepherd’s hut. The views were amazing. The hut is pretty well equipped and the addition of the wood fire pizza oven was good fun but could do with a rolling pin to make rolling the pizzas a bit easier. The hut was very clean and Laura was a responsive host. Would recommend for anyone who wants beautiful views and nice walks in the Peak District.

Had a lovely Easter break, the accommodation was amazing and spotless. The effort that has gone into these pods are second to none, spotless and clean. Everything you would ever need was provided. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. Such beautiful surroundings and the hot tub is perfect for 2 people to unwind and spend quality time together. I can’t wait to come back. Just 20 minutes from Windermere so perfect for a lovely day out.

Wow, what a place! 10/10 for everything! The location was amazing, beautiful views and the only neighbours were the cute sheep! A perfect place to escape, switch off and enjoy nature. The hut had everything you needed and was in the best location for walks. Would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to come back. Catherine was a lovely host and made everything perfect for us. Brilliant stay at the hobbit hut! Maria was very helpful when we had questions! Beautiful location, very clean and cosy and even a complimentary bottle of bubbly + decorations for my partners 25th birthday. Very special night, 100% recommended!

A wonderful place to stay. The cabin is decorated to a high standard and has everything you could need for a cosy escape! I loved the mezzanine bed with the window to look at the sky. I’ll definitely be back again and stay longer! Host was wonderful also. Very flexible and helpful. Thanks again Nic!!

This was our 3rd time at the Shepherds Lodge and once again it was a 5 star stay. Beautiful lodge with amazing views. Lovely place to sit in the evening with a drink and plenty of great walks nearby. Thank you 😊

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Farmhouse Lodge - everything we could have wanted was in the Lodge for us to use and Angela made everything very easy for us in terms of checking in and out. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

What a fantastic place to stay for some rest. It was exactly as described. Set in a beautiful calm location with a private entrance, hot tub & fire pit. An amazing place to spend a few days & we didn't want to leave. Sarah was very friendly & responsive.

We really enjoyed our night away in our cosy little shepherds hut. The surroundings were stunning and our hut was absolutely spotless. It was in a great location. We enjoyed a lovely meal in a local pub only 10 minutes drive away. The hot tub was definitely worth the extra £50. It was lovely and hot as we kept adding the logs on the fire. It was a lovely relaxing experience and amanda was a great host. Very helpful and recommended places to eat nearby. We just wish we booked an extra night. We will be returning in the future. Braisty cabins with Gemma was a amazing stay. Perfect weekend away with lots of walks around and a short ride to brimham rocks. The surroundings was beautiful and the accommodation was amazing and clean. The hot tub just topped it off for relaxing after a day of walking.

Massive thank you to Anthony and Barbra! A beautiful 3 night stay in nature was absolutely needed. Booked a 3 night stay for my partners 30th. Showering outside was the icing on the cake! Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a break away from it all. We eat at “the old gate” restaurant twice while we were here and would absolutely recommend it as a place to eat, the roast dinner was delicious! Anthony, you have thought of everything and have a beautiful home. Wish you and Barbara all the best x

Yardi and her husband are both brilliant hosts with beautiful souls. The communication was A1 even having arrived late (on my part). I was greeted by Yardi and her husband and given instructions on how to operate the hot tub. The location is a 1 minute drive to Tesco extra and 7 minutes to the promenade. The cabin itself is situated on a farm with a well kept field for your dog to roam freely. The cabin comes with all the extras such as bread, milk, seasonings, jams and butter. I couldn’t have been better looked after! I felt very safe and secure and enjoyed my privacy whilst there. Gutted that I didn’t stop to say goodbye before leaving however Yardi gave me a call to ensure that I had enjoyed my stay - something not all hosts take the time to do. All in all, you cannot go wrong when booking this place. It’s a haven away from the hustle and bustle and with beautiful attention to detail throughout. Thank you, Yardi 🩵 🐾🌞!

You will want to stay again! the farm is so peaceful, there are plenty of walks and touristy places nearby if that's what you fancy. However, if like us, you want a complete escape from life, this is the place to be. Peace and quiet, private, well signed walks across Emma's property followed by a soak in the hot tub to rest wary legs at the end of a long day, listening to the sheep and lambs is just priceless. We couldn't have had a more relaxing break if we had tried. Emma is so friendly, chatty and helpful. We can't thank her enough for helping us feel welcome. Our stay was made amazing from the start, with a special visit to the 'pet lambs' talk about happy hormone release! The tree house has everything you need for a short stay, and if it doesn't, Emma is just a text away. We were warm enough, and slept well in the comfy bed. The views are to die for. We recommend walking up to the top boundary of the property for an amazing view! Emma, you have been amazing. Thank you 😊
