Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Idyllic lakeside

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt wünschen. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Sit back and relax in our stylish apartment. Ideally suited as a base for expeditions on Lake Constance or the leisurely exploration of Konstanz: Located on the quiet outskirts of the city, you are either directly on the lake (5 minutes on foot) or quickly in the old town of Konstanz. And for a walk in the woods, you just have to cross the street! In the evening, you can enjoy a Lake Constance wine or our panoramic kitchen on the extended staircase landing. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Cozy old town apartment for up to 2 people (max. 2.5) - Renovated and newly furnished in early 2025 - and yet still with the charm of a medieval building from 1554 (ceiling height 2.35 m) Centrally located yet very quiet in the old town, the cozy apartment is an ideal base for exploring the city with its sights, the diverse gastronomy nearby as well as Lake Constance and the Rhine. The harbor and train station are within a few minutes' walk.

Temporary living: with a gallery & roof terrace

This accommodation is a property that is rented not only for short stays, but also for 1-3 months. All important points of contact are close by. Enjoy wonderful evenings on the rooftop terrace. The gallery with the open beam construction gives a cozy atmosphere. The small, open gallery gives you a place to retreat after a day at the lake, which is a few minutes' walk away, or the equally nearby old town.

Centrally located in the old town, the spacious apartment is an ideal base for exploring the city with its sights, diverse gastronomy and, of course, Lake Constance and the Rhine. The harbor and train station are only a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, restaurants and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. In our in-house café, we offer a variety of breakfast, barista coffee and homemade cakes.

Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
