Nice space in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 min walk to the university and walking distance to various bus stops. If you visit Konstanz I recommend you download the bus map before you arrive to find your way around.

A bit like being at home if you like loving lots of small details. Birgit is uncomplicated, makes everything possible and is open to contact if you want.

A small but very cozy apartment in a great location on the edge of the forest. The bus connections are great. You can get to the city center every 10 minutes. If you are good on foot, you can walk to the lake or downtown in about 30-45 minutes. Christine is a very friendly host and was always available, either personally or via app. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The equipment of the apartment has everything you need for a few nice days in Constance. The kitchen was enough for two of us to cook food. When it is warmer, you can also have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Hockgraben. Only the bed could have been a little wider, but that's probably a matter of habit. The area was very quiet despite the "Fasnet".

We were greeted warmly and felt comfortable :) Good accommodation in a quiet location. Strategically well located if you don't just want to see the old town!

Peter's accommodation is so central, it couldn't be better ... and still very quiet ... in summer the roof terrace is an absolute plus! The room is not big, but Constance has so much to offer, that's more than enough! Communication went smoothly and quickly! When I am in Constance again, I hope the accommodation is free again ... which will not be the case often - given the location and the price ;-))

Wow .. that was a nice surprise. To catch such a small but fine accommodation in this absolutely perfect location ... that was a stroke of luck. And I felt comfortable. Everything was there. It was too fresh for the large terrace, but I would love to come back ... and then ... THANKS !!

Everything went well here. The location is really great. Thanks to a lovingly designed information folder, it was also very easy for us to find our way around the town with shops, restaurants and cocktail bars. The local bus can be used free of charge thanks to the guest card. The apartment is functional and fully met our expectations for a quiet place to sleep.

I spent a weekend in Michael's apartment with my two daughters. Everything was just right from booking to departure. The communication was absolutely clear and left no questions unanswered, so check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment is very chic and lovingly decorated and very clean. You can tell that it is very important to Michael that his guests feel completely comfortable. Thanks to the very central location, you can reach shopping, restaurants, the train station and the lake in a few minutes on foot. And despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet with the windows closed. We will definitely be happy to come back again!

What an excellent stay - I just loved everything about this place! It’s centrally located, right at the hub of everything, including train station, downtown, the lake promenade, etc. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, it has a small but separate bedroom, which was very convenient as my adult son joined me for a couple of days (he slept on a large folding sofa in the main room). The kitchen has everything for even a longer stay, with quality cooking and eating utensils. Plus, I just loved the shower! Overall, everything has been kept in a top condition, which felt like home! Last but not least, Michael, the host, was super fast to respond, easy to communicate with, and ready to aid me with any requests. Wouldn’t hesitate a moment to stay there again!

Loving, stylish, clean apartment in a perfect location. For the toddler was a great cot, child seat and children's furniture addressed. We felt very well.

Situated a few minutes walk from the train station made it convenient, plus shops, restaurants, bars close by, as is the lake and lovely scenic walks. I felt very comfortable in Michael's place, and would stay there again when next visiting the area.

The apartments are very centrally located. Many activities and restaurants are within a few minutes reachable eg cinemas, fitness, restaurants, train station. The apartment is small and cozy. Especially extremely nice and decorated with good style. Everything was thought of! They are very clean. Each apartment is furnished differently, which leads to a change in bookings. Franziska’s apartment was perfect. I had everything I needed, plus it’s not that far from the center of the city by bus. She was always available in case I needed something and helped me solve some travel problems I got along the way. Nice historic house in Constance. Bus stop in front of the door, 15 minutes to the center. Everything newly renovated and well equipped. We spent New Year's Eve here and had a wonderful time. Cool made small apartment that is very well located. The center can be reached quickly and easily by car and bus (free of charge). The contact with Franziska was uncomplicated and friendly. In terms of cleanliness, it might be better if the guest didn't clean himself, would probably be cleaner. All in all, however, highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment and free parking space. Do not hesitate to ask before your arrival for the form to pay the local tax (2.50 / day / person), it will allow you to move for free with the bus. All amenities nearby: shops (Edeka, Lidl, ...), restaurants and bus stop!

A really nice apartment with a comfortable queen bed. The location is directly in the old town a short walk to many restaurants. We can suggest you visit the local Thermal pool to revitalise after a long journey. Maike was warm and welcoming. If you have a car you will need to park in a park house as street parking overnight is a challenge we didn’t overcome. Can suggest the “Altstadt Park Haus” which is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and only cost us 8.50€ overnight.

Although Peter's flat is tiny, it's location is perfect for wandering around Konstanz. The sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the small kitchenette allowed us to make tea and simple food. Peter was also very communicative regarding check-in, check-out. Great little place!

Cozy, well furnished apartment in the heart of Constance. Small but well thought out and equipped with everything you need. Arrival and check-in were easy and we immediately felt very comfortable. There are no parking spaces, but for example in the Lago shopping center next door you can park for 18 euros per day. We would love to come back.

A really nice, cozy room in the exceptional Cherisy district. The connection is good, every 5-10 minutes buses to the center and also on foot and by bike to get far. And even if you're not into exploration, the room offers plenty of reading material and an extensive CD collection. Unfortunately, I did not meet Ellen, but the check-in was super easy and I felt very well.

Beautiful apartment! So much natural light. The best bathroom I've come across for a small Airbnb apartment. Everything you need for a short to medium length stay. A little hot in summer, but there is a fan. Great salad cafe across the road. We loved staying here and would come back!

Very nice, clean, bright, extremely functional apartment. Great location, nice, plantumrankter balcony. Unusual: bathroom with toilet is across the corridor. However, the corridor is only used by 2 apartments behind, which have their bathroom inside. Something unusual, because you always hoped, nobody to meet (at night in your pajamas). Nobody ever came. Although the house was fully occupied, very quiet atmosphere, I only heard the morning showers. I would definitely love to live there again at any time, I felt very, very well.

I was in July 2019 a good week at Apartment Libelle. Overall, we liked it very much. The studio is located in a low-traffic street near the Rhine. It is a modern and functional furnished one-bedroom apartment with a nice new bathroom just across the hall (not in the studio!). If you like peace, but should remember that it is a city apartment and Konstanz is very lively in the summer. The studio is however ideal for many excursions by bike and you are back on the Rhine or in the old town. There is a nice enclosed balcony facing the street, but you are sitting there unobserved overlooking trees. An ideal accommodation for people who like to travel a lot and do not want to cook big, because there is a very nice little kitchen with all the equipment, but unfortunately the fridge is kept very small, so that just the most necessary place. In the house there is also laundromat and dryer, which is very convenient for a longer stay. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was missing when I was there. The check-in was simple and straightforward. I would recommend the studio.

Greatly designed tiny house and very easy to get in and out. The small downsides are that the upstair area with the bed is really low (not possible to stand up) and the intimacy felt to me a bit limitated because quite many people are passing in front of the entrance, and it's possible to see windows of other buildings from the bed (due to windows on the roof, which has the advantage of allowing to see the stars while in bed!). But overall a very nice place!

a very nice tiny house experience in a very nice location in constancy. It is not right in the middle of the city but you have a very tasty bakery and a local one. sure you can walk from there to the shore / town center. in the house was everything you need, we were even allowed to use the garden and could have breakfast in the sun. The bedroom upstairs is very cozy with the large roof windows, where you can watch in clear nights stars. However, nothing for someone with knee problems or very large people, because you can not stand in the room above or can only crawl. but that's part of the tiny house

My stay in Claudia's Tiny house was great! The communication was fast and uncomplicated and the welcome very cordial. The lovingly furnished and sparkling clean Tiny house offers everything in a small space, what it takes for a relaxing break in Konstanz. Nice and quiet residential area, supermarket, bakery and bus station with direct connection to the train station are only 2 minutes walk away. I'll be back :-)

A beautiful, unusual accommodation, which, if you have a car or bike, centrally located in Konstanz. A bus also drives around the corner.

Super cute Tiny House, which was decorated with a lot of love. Since it is relatively shady between other buildings and is very well ventilated, it is pleasantly cool inside even at high outdoor temperatures. Claudia is also a very helpful hostess who has always answered questions in record time.

Practical equipment in an excellent location: A cute, spacious loft in a cute back yard within walking distance of the old town. Those who value the location with a good price-performance ratio will certainly get along well with the simple equipment.

The loft is in a small, sweet backyard in a quiet alley and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, you have enough space and the sanitary area is small, but well thought out functionally. The location is great, you can walk to everything in the city on foot and also has a bus stop nearby. Since it was still warm on our weekend, you could heat the room well enough. We did not meet our hosts, but the communication for the check-in worked perfectly. We recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is super cute and great location. You can reach the city center on foot. There is no private parking, but we had no problems over the weekend again and again to find one in the street. The apartment has a really great location. It's so fast in the city and on the waterfront and the district is really great. A great playground was right around the corner, as was a bakery and EDEKA. Also in the apartment it lacked nothing. The shower was a bit hard to get used to, but thanks to the great instructions worked great :-)

We met Andreas by chance when we arrived, but the check-in would otherwise have worked so well. The apartment was super clean, with lots of details. Very very good price-performance ratio. The apartment was pleasantly warm in winter, the sun rays came through the many skylights and created a very nice atmosphere in the visually appealing attic. One of the best Airbnb apartments I've ever had, definitely recommended!

We were not only surprised by the location but also by the accommodation, we found a cozy, modern and thoughtfully furnished top floor apartment in the heart of Konstanz and immediately felt at home. The parking situation in Konstanz is a small point of criticism, but nothing that keeps us negative in the memory. If we were to be in Konstanz again, the apartment would be a real alternative to a classic hotel stay.

Very nice, modern, well-kept attic apartment in a beautiful house. Upscale amenities, the photos on airbnb are very truthful. Optimal location in the center of Konstanz. Ideal for couples or family with small children (cot was there). Elevator is available, only a short flight of stairs is to climb at the end. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is really great. It offers everything you need for a short vacation. The location is particularly noteworthy, since you are right in the middle of the old town of Constance, but don't notice much of the surrounding courtyard. The host Andreas is very friendly and answers questions immediately. We particularly enjoyed the holiday in Constance and in the Lake Constance region. The apartment is definitely worth a recommendation.

I booked just one day in advance but Andreas was quick to respond and check-in was really easy. The flat is located right in the centre of Konstanz and It has been a pleasure to stay here! Totally recommended!

Everything top and uncomplicated

Location is absolutely great: right in the pedestrian zone, as it is described. It takes 15 minutes by car to the island of Mainau. Parking expensive: Augistiner car park directly at the apartment but relatively expensive. Other parking concepts such as Park & Ride are possible and then cheaper. Apartment dreamlike: If good taste and high-quality living space come together then this apartment is probably created. Kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed. (Cutlery & glasses / cups, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pans, vegetable peeler, teapot, ...) Organization great. Check in runs smoothly and parking tips from the host were specific and very helpful. Other things, such as visitor's tax, are stylishly and easily explained by a brochure (registration form and visitor's tax available). Everything is thought of here! I can definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a few stylish and relaxing days in Constance! That's just great :)

Outstanding central accommodation in the old town of Konstanz. The backyard is quite loud and five in the apartment is very crowded. The apartment is exceptionally clean and modern and all modalities with Michael (booking, check-in, accuracy of information, communication, etc.) have 120% fit. Great location in Überlingen. Just a few steps to the lake. A short walk into the city center and the apartment itself is super clean and cute.

Pierre and Lisa's house is beautiful and super clean. It is quiet and in walking distance to the city center. Pierre and Lisa are also very flexible with checking out time if no one books that day. I enjoyed my time there. Just one tip for upcoming travelers: The place is easier to find at day time. When dark, it is trickier (at least for me and I have to admit that I am not very good with directions). So check-in before sunset if possible.

Wonderfully quiet and close to the lake promenade. Veronika had great tips, for example, where to get the best bread on the nearby weekly market ..., we enjoyed the evenings on the balcony and there was nothing missing. Great!

I couldn't meet the host in person, but it was easy to check in with an accurate description. It was very nice and close to the city. 1 minute walk to the lake shore. There is no elevator, so you have to bring your luggage up to the third floor.

The accomodation is super central in the center of Konstanz. We really enjoyed the stay at the property and would book again anytime. The room is modern and stylish and equipped with everything you need. The balcony is great and invites you to relax.

The apartment is well equipped. Everything was great for the size. I was alone, but enough for two people. Class location in the middle of the old town and still quiet. Parking for unloading absolutely no problem. Bicycles are safely accommodated. Check-in exactly as described. Communication was super and answered quickly. If again Bodensee definitely worth considering again to stay here.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The area is pretty quiet, there are some restaurants in the street, but it does not get uncomfortably loud in the evening. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Even towels and new cleaning utensils were prepared. Jörg was very helpful and quickly responded to news.

Small, fine and modern Tiny-Home. Very quiet location in the Konstanz district of Petershausen. Short distance to the nearest train station. Cycling fast in the city center. Big forest within 5 minutes walking distance. 10 minutes to the university. Great value for money. And last but not least: very sympathetic and helpful hosts! Everything was so and better than described .... super clean, the cube even has a small terrace vis-a-vis to the house of the hosts, super quiet beautiful area, the cube even has its own parking, 10 min. to the old town and 10 min. from the ferry dock Staad

The tiny house is a very comfortable, self-contained unit with practically everything you need. It is not in downtown but as foreign visitors to this pleasant city enjoyed the calm normalcy of the nice residential area. We rented bicycles and with them we enjoyed cycling around Konstanz, which is such a bike-friendly city.

Silja and Alexander's place is a really nice one, both in terms of location, amenities and overall built quality. It is located on a quiet street and it has it's own parking space right outside the house. The bus stop is within walking distance and it's four or five stops to centrum. Also there are grocery shops and nice restaurants within walking distance.

The Tiny House is as described :) Small but nice. The equipment is perfect for a few days. It is chic decorated and super clean! The view into the garden makes you feel at home :)

Small but nice. The living cube of the Hermes family is quite funny and all new, but really only suitable for 2 people. The location is as described very quiet and easy to reach the next bus stop (who wants to move without a car). In terms of cleanliness, I can only confirm that you feel like home. In conclusion: the accommodation is recommended.

Anni is a nice and reactive host! Talking with her will lead you to very good tips for your trip ;) The flat is very beautiful, the room is next to the bathroom which is something we appreciated. Everything was clean and the balcony is a little paradise every morning! You must be prepared to share the moments including noisy moment few (maybe only one) times but nothing too much. There are two drawbacks : the fridge is small and the real one is the difficulty to find where to park the car in the street (protected and payable parks place are next) but it is more a problem about the city then the room booking. By the way the apartment is well placed : next to center by foot in 10-15min, a bakery is just next the apartment, and Lidl and other shops in 3 to 15min by foot. Great experience, Anni is a solid host , would book again ;)

Fantastic little apartment. Quick, close access to city bus route; 15 minutes to the Bahnhof. Check in and check out process is easy and quick. Apartment was clean and tidy with more than plenty amenities. Was perfect for 2 people for a week.

Great location and comfortable place! Ilja was super easy to communicate with, and we really enjoyed our stay in the studio. The place is well and modernly furnished, with accessories of quality. A few things could be added to make it thoroughly perfect such as a bedlamp and a small shelf. But other than that we really enjoyed the place, location, personal parking space, excellent shower!, great hairdryer, cool tv and sofa, modern coffee machine, and the ease of arrival and departure process. We would definitely recommend this place, and will be happy to stay there again on our next vacation in Konstanz.
