Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in St. Johns County

A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

Super close to the Beautiful Vilano beach. Nice quiet neighborhood great for walking jogging and biking. Grocery store, a few restaurants and a great scenic pier all in walking distance. And even with all of that just a short drive to the beautiful and historic downtown St. Augustine!

We stayed here with our family for my fiancés Bridal suite on our wedding weekend and it was literally perfect. Plenty of bed space, super clean, extremely aesthetic and spacious and plenty of parking. Thank you for making our big day weekend that much better

Super fun place to stay! The room was very clean and put together when we got there, provided us places to go locally and lots of easy check in and out instructions. Provided us lots of necessary and extra fun things, overall awesome stay.

House was great and very recently renovated. Very nice location, just on the edge of the historic district. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Easy 10 minute walk to main historic district or a 3 minute bike ride. Nice front and back porches, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Driveway has room for multiple cars no problem. Host (Ashish) was super responsive and very quick to answer our questions. Totally would rent this house again.

We spent a month at Kim’s house to escape the cold and visit family. We absolutely loved sitting in the sun in the back yard, among the beautiful plants and trees. The pool was too cold to swim in, but it was sparkling. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is very natural and there are lots of trees and flowers. We had fabulous weather! Kim was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Grandeur is this home. Big kitchen, dining living rooms and a truly spacious master/ bath. Super family room for board games with their huge wide sofa for 8. The deck was comfortable too. Views yea it has nice views of the water through the trees. Lovely sunsets and sunrises are a brief walk to the beach. 2 Great restaurants in golf cart distance. It a great family.

Amazing. Shower, bed, porch, well set up, clean. Had everything you would need. Walk to everything. Nice to sit on porch and listen to music from the pub next door. Pretty view. Parking is easy. Would stay again.

I’m almost afraid to say how great this place was because I want it to be available so we can book it again! I looked at a lot of places and was drawn to the photos of the interior layout and design as well as proximity to the beach. On both counts, Seas the Day met every expectation. For example, I’m a coffee drinker, and there were no less than 3 different options for making it. Then, once made, I could choose to sit in the comfy chair on the east side balcony with my feet up and the sun rising, or on the west side, maybe stretching out in the hammock. When we wanted to sit at the beach, we were supplied with great chairs and an umbrella. After beach, washing sand off feet etc. in the outdoor shower. We were right in the middle of great restaurants north or south, and far enough away from what for our taste feels “too touristy.” The space feels roomy and private and incredibly comfortable. Don’t tell the owners but it seems like it should go for a lot more money! Feeling grateful ❤️

We loved everything about our stay! Natalia and her husband were super nice. The property was absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the dock. We even saw dolphins playing! I would definitely recommend this property!

We would highly recommend staying at Hyacinth and Michael's! Super location and very clean. It was just right for our needs and they are very accommodating hosts. Cute neighborhood for morning walks and easy access to attractions. We would definitely stay again if we return to St. Augustine.

My partner and I had such an amazing visit. We stayed for 2 nights, and found the apartments clean and cozy. The bikes were an amazing bonus! We used them the whole time we stayed! Thank you for this awesome vacation

This house is nicely decorated with a designated parking space. It’s also walkable to most interesting parts of town. The host is very friendly and responsive, always striving to provide a five star experience.

Things I loved at Carla's: *The view is beautiful! Deer and birds in the morning were wonderful. *Access to downtown and beaches was easy. *I felt safe and the condo is on the end so it was private. *I appreciated how she has everything you need for a beach day!! Cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

Theresa was on top with issues, even those out of her control, (when the outside power lines came down.)She reached out to make sure everything was good. Checked in on us during our stay, Very professional, I’d recommend her place and remember it for future trips.

We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was in a good location at the beach and also about 10 or 15 minutes from old town St. Augustine. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The heated pool was a nice addition since March is still a little chilly. We would definitely stay there again.

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

Doug and Lori’s place was perfect! Clean, quaint and had everything you needed! Check in was so simple and the communication was amazing! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine
