“We visited the lodge to celebrate my wife's birthday with a long weekend away, and we have to say the lodge is absolutely beautiful and set in a very scenic area with top notch facilities within. We had everything we needed and the lodge was immaculately clean with super efficient heating inside which really helped to quickly heat up the lodge! Helen, our host was also absolutely fantastic. There was great communication from the very start of our booking, all the way to the end and beyond. She was extremely helpful with local tips and advice, and prepared some helpful materials in the lodge regarding the local area. The lodge is a unique getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and convenient location to stay with the Cairngorms National Park, and the great single malt whisky capital of the world at your doorstep. The stunningly frosted hills in the morning and the clear, star-filled skies at night left us lost for words and in awe. We also really appreciate the unexpected surprise Helen and her family left us for my wife's birthday, and their level of heartfelt hospitality really went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much Helen to you and your family, and we'll definitely love to return to your wonderful lodge in the future!”
