Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nassau County

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday with a very small group! Everyone had their own space and the home was accommodating regarding anything we would typically need for comfort besides our personal belongings. Everything went smoothly from start to finish!! The communication and ability to honor a later checkout time for us was absolutely incredible after a great weekend! At night the backyard was so peaceful ☺️ and during the day my husband actually caught a quick nap there as well! Communication was always prompt and I think that it is one of the most important aspects of traveling and being a hosted. We will be back for another trip! Thank you for sharing your home!

Paul is an amazing host, had lots of options of amenities at his place, very responsive and responds very quickly. Clean, private, comfortable place to get away.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

This guest cottage was adorable and a short distance to all the fun on Amelia Island. Every room was clean and despite being behind the main house felt very private. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Isi and Jen.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing 7-day stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We booked last minute and had no issues at all—everything went smoothly from the start. The home is incredibly family-friendly with lots of space for our kids to play and feel comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was a huge plus to have all the essentials provided—from toiletries to cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus that made our evenings even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at ease. We would absolutely rent from him again when we come back to visit family. The location was also a huge perk—right next to a shopping center with great food options and an ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Their banana pudding ice cream was heavenly! Absolutely AMAZING stay! We booked this stunning country villa to celebrate my graduation from nursing school, and it was truly the PERFECT place to mark such a special accomplishment. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and immaculate the home was — every room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and filled with charm. Curtis’ villa had everything we could have asked for and more! The space was perfect for hosting a celebratory brunch with my family — we gathered in the gorgeous dining area, enjoyed the spacious kitchen, and relaxed in the lovely outdoor spaces. Every amenity we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and unforgettable. I cannot express enough how much we loved our time here. It was peaceful, luxurious, and honestly worth every penny. I’m already planning my next trip back because I can’t wait to experience it all over again. If you’re considering booking place, DO IT — you will not regret it.

Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We chose the venue for our wedding reception. Our family from out of town was able to stay with us and we utilized the home for a small reception of 12-14 people. It was perfect! The home was comfortable. Well updated with modern kitchen and baths. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful and functional. We also had family that loved the game room in the garage!
