Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Nassau County

Where do I begin… This place was exactly as described and a place to make so many wonderful memories with family. The amenities were perfect for a group of seven. The location was great being just a mile walk to Gonzales Park that had Pickleball courts, basketball courts, a baseball field and a playground. It was also a nice walk to the beach. The host had two bikes that a few of us used to ride to local coffee shops. Homespun kitchen and Southern grounds have great coffee located in Neptune Beach. The outdoor patio area of the Airbnb was great for board games and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. Local restaurants that are always on our list to visit while in Jacksonville are Dockside Seafood, Taco Lu, and Angie’s Subs. Amber was very responsive and helpful when needed. Check-in was easy and the neighborhood was enjoyable. All good things with this Airbnb!

A great little bungalow! Very clean. Nancy was always quick to respond to questions. Perfect location if you are going to Community First Igloo.

Definitely an overall great experience it by far exceeded all my expectations. I would absolutely recommend we booked for my husband‘s 33rd birthday. I did it as a surprise for him. It was so relaxing. Everything was so clean. The pictures did it no justice absolutely worth the money and the host was wonderful and very helpful!

The only downside to my time at this place is that I didn't stay longer. The place was so well equipped for my wife and I, but we could have easily had a large group there and not felt on top of each other. The details of the place are incredible. It's close to some really great restaurants and has a walking trail right out front. It's in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great House and very comfortable! Everything you need is there. Lovely private fenced big backyard with a nice firepit, grill and just a wonderful outdoor area. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The beds are sleep able but the master mattress could use an update/replacement, but I slept in it and was fine for the weekend. Just a great home and fit us 5 guest perfectly. Would book again.

Jill’s place had everything you need for a short stay. It’s also located in a nice area not far away from a beach. We had a nice time there. Jill’s hospitality was great!

This was the CUTEST little place. Everywhere your eyes land you find a cute or useful detail. Everything was labeled and glowing arrows pointed the exact route. This helped a lot, since we arrived after dark. I could tell the host takes pride in their offering. For SURE book here!!

Driftwood was perfect for us. Quiet, close to everything, single level, backyard for the pup, and close to Mayo. Just what we needed.
