Huygens place is exactly how described. It was walking distance to all of the places of interest. She was very responsive and communicated with me throughout my stay. I definitely will stay at her place again. She is a wonderful host

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Super close to the Beautiful Vilano beach. Nice quiet neighborhood great for walking jogging and biking. Grocery store, a few restaurants and a great scenic pier all in walking distance. And even with all of that just a short drive to the beautiful and historic downtown St. Augustine!

This stay was AWESOME. The place was so clean and the games were all just great. Waylon and Jessica are amazing hosts also. They were very responsive and always checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed. We may have to make this an annual thing!

Great way to spend a few days of our spring break. Gorgeous home, very peaceful area in a very nice location. Spent some hours out in the back patio taking in the sights and sounds. It’s in close proximity to pretty much everything - the beach (too cold for us as a cold front just came through), groceries, Historic St. Augustine, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze. Host left plenty of goodies - local coffee, free coupons. No complaints at all, would HIGHLY recommended. Will keep this property in mind next time we stay in St. Augustine!

We had a great time! Dani was very organized and responded quickly to any of our questions. The beach is close and is an easy walk. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. Highly recommend !

What a wonderful home to celebrate Christmas! A beautiful home… all the amenities… heated pool… cool backyard… games room… everything you would want for a holiday getaway! Our thanks to Jess and Aaron! We would definitely return if in the St. Augustine area in the future!

I needed a place for myself, my daughter and her husband, their 2 little boys and my son. This place provided the needed beds. I slept on the futon and it was acceptable for sleeping. The enclosed back yard was great for the little boys and we enjoyed all of amenities in the back yard. The house was well supplied in the kitchen and baths. I appreciated that the checkout task list was very reasonable. Early in our visit i contacted Kailee for a few minor issues which were addressed in a timely manner. I loved staying on Anastasia Island with great beaches, the lighthouse, the alligator farm all very close.

We spent 5 nights at this apartment and it was just what we were looking for. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. The apartment is very spacious and the balcony was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen had nice appliances, pots and pans and dishes for 4 people. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring all condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc as none were provided plus a mixing bowl. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This is a amazing place very clean private and short walk to the beach!! The beds are so comfortable. For the price it so worth it way better then staying at a condo or hotel. The host are very friendly and responsive to any questions. One of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed at!!
