Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in St. Johns County

This is a perfect spot for those wanting a quiet place to stay but still so close to everything! We walked to town for dinner and then the next morning for all day adventure! It is a great place and I would easily stay again!

This is the second time I spent at Geni and Chris’s place. The location is perfect as it’s walkable to almost all desired spots in Saint Augustine. It’s in a private neighborhood that is very well kept. The unit itself is very up to date and clean and has all the amenities that you need. Geni and Chris are very responsive. Highly recommended

This quaint studio was perfect for the two of us. It was incredibly convenient to everything we planned to do in St. Augustine. The bed was very comfortable, and the nice hot showers were great. The kitchen was adequately furnished to prepare some light meals. Valerie was helpful in making sure we had the right parking situation to accommodate our truck, as parking can be difficult in St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thanks Valerie!

This place was a gem and I would happily stay again. First, the location is excellent--you can easily walk into town, to local shops, or even just go downstairs to the local bar if you want a third space public living room vibe. It's far enough from the tourist crowds but also close enough to walk and avoid the headache of parking downtown. The food truck nearby is tasty! The space itself was super comfy and had everything I needed. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was pretty soft and bouncy, which might not be ideal if you like it super firm. The patio space was also really nice--just a place to hang out or have coffee. Liz was super welcoming when we chatted and responded quickly when I had a question. Thank you!

Kayla's place is very comfortable and just a short drive to downtown. For our family of four it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely stay here again.

I have done a lot of Airbnb’s this was amazing. Great parking too. Closer than you think to downtown town. Supper easy to walk.

We had a great time at Amy’s house! Very well located, 2 blocks from the beach and at walking distance of a lot of restaurants, coffees, ice cream and the St.Augustine’s pier. A lot of equipment for a day at the beach and Amy seems very nice.

I had a great time! Thank you for such ease to get in and out. This is a great and safe, especially if you travel solo. Everything is close by, walking. Do consider the weather and come prepared. I watched some good movies in the room while it rained and was happy it was available.

This place is perfect for anyone looking to be close to downtown St. Augustine. It is the perfect walking distance so there is no need for parking or an Uber. Gabriel, the host, is also extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a great time at this house, which was so close to downtown St Augustine and the beaches. The beds were super comfortable, everything was very clean and it was perfect for our short getaway.

This home provided my husband and me a terrific beach vacation for the entire month. The two decks offer diverse, beautiful views, the neighborhood is lovely, and the beach access is great. Also, the private tiered back yard is a pup paradise. Nolan provides wonderful, warm communication.

The house was very clean. It had a great backyard for pets and an area for sitting. It was just the right size for two of us. We appreciated the two bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again while visiting St. Augustine.

The location is unbeatable - we could easily walk to the Historic District, and every attraction in St. Augustine was within a quick 15-minute drive. Our children absolutely loved the house and kept calling it our "vacation home." Whether you're looking for a family-friendly base for exploring St. Augustine or a comfortable home away from home, this property delivers on all fronts. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing stay at Heidi’s place! The property was beautiful, very clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The neighbors were friendly, and we enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The instructions provided were thorough and helpful, making everything easy to navigate. Plus, it was only a 15-minute drive to downtown, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend – would definitely stay again!

What a great place! Even better than the pictures, perfect location, lots of space, super comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's a very pleasant walk through the complex to the beach, not an issue at all. Holly was so nice and a pleasure to deal with. Was very impressed by and thankful for all the essentials that were provided - more than we've had in any other place we've stayed. The check-out procedure was also the easiest we've ever experienced; we're used to a long list of things we're asked to do and this was basically nothing. We really felt spoiled from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again - can't recommend highly enough!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

This was the perfect place for me and my husband to have a peaceful vacation. Place was beautiful and included what was listed and even more. Close walk to the beach and great restaurants. It was also close to St. George street which was nice.
